Abstract
Diabetes Melitus merupakan penyakit kronis yang dapat menimbulkan
berbagai komplikasi, terutama pada kaki akibat gangguan aliran darah dan
neuropati. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya pencegahan yang mudah,
aman, dan dapat dilakukan secara mandiri. Buku ini menguraikan
konsep Diabetes Melitus, komplikasi kaki, manfaat ankle pump exercise,
cara pelaksanaan, serta peran keluarga dan kader dalam mendukung
keberhasilan latihan.
