Abstract

Model pendampingan sertifikasi ini diinisiasi sebagai respons terha dap pentingnya memastikan bahwa proses penyembelihan unggas dilaku kan sesuai dengan tuntutan syariah Islam. Keberlanjutan dan peningkatan kualitas dalam industri rumah potong unggas merupakan hal yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari pemahaman mendalam akan prinsip-prinsip halal.
